GIGABYTE Z690 AORUS XTREME – GinjFo

The dress is worked through a minimized view on the PCB. The entire connection is placed at 90 ° to facilitate connections and storage of cables in a box. The card is capable of controlling many fans, water cooling, pump and more. It has RGB and aRGB header, temperature probes (external and internal) or even sound measurement. To all this are added Power and Reset buttons and a Debug LED display useful in the event of a problematic start-up.

MSI MEG Z690 UNIFY – Overclockers Ukraine

The first impression is a strict board with a practical layout. The design is made in dark colors (gray-black), there is a carbon-like texture on the casing, as well as a pattern on the interface panel radiator. Yes, this is a radiator, not a piece of plastic, which is good news. Among the shortcomings of the topology of mounting elements, I would like to note the position of the CR2032 battery, it is hidden under the casing, and to access it you need to remove the M.2 heatsink.

ASUS PRIME Z690-A – Overclockers Ukraine

Externally, the board looks, as it should be for a representative of the Prime series, calm and non-aggressive: black textolite is complemented by silver cooling elements and decorative white inserts. More smooth contours have been added than previously. Prime Z690-A is a standard ATX form factor with nine attachment points, which, once the system is assembled, will not allow the board to sag on the side of the connectors.

ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI – Overclockers Russia

Like many modern motherboards, there is a plastic shroud on the left. In fact, this is not a casing, but a continuation of the radiator, which turns out to be simply huge. In its middle part, above the rear panel connectors, there is an insert with an inscription with the ASUS ROG logo and an RGB LED module inside. Above is written ROG Strix Gaming.

MSI MPG Z690 CARBON WIFI – Overclockers Russia

Before us is an ATX motherboard. Its dimensions do not differ from the classic ones and are 305 x 244 mm. The external design is also recognizable and resembles other devices from this series. This is noticeable by the characteristic carbon film coating on the shroud on the left and on the lower radiator on the right. The board looks strict and calm, and the main play of colors is assigned to the RGB backlighting.

ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z690 HERO – Overclockers Russia

The motherboard is quite heavy because from the front we see a scattering of different heatsinks at once. With such a weight, you need to think about the metal plate on the back side, but it is not here yet. I would not be surprised if in the next generation it will be and possibly even completely copper for better heat dissipation.

MSI MEG Z690 UNIFY – Overclockers Russia

In front of us is an ATX motherboard. Its dimensions do not differ from the classic and are 305 x 244 mm. Externally, the device looks unusual and looks like a warrior in blued armor. Aluminum alloy is used, but with a coating. The appearance is simple, but at the same time unusual and interesting. Also, oddly enough, there is no RGB backlight at all.

ASRock Z590 PG Velocita – PC Magazine

The PG Velocita is easily one of the most colorful Z590 boards that we’ve seen to date. Various shades of gray laid over a black PCB with red highlights give the motherboard an eye-catching appearance exaggerated by aRGB lights. It’s more flair than I like, personally, but gamers looking for something flashy to mount behind a tempered-glass panel should be delighted.

ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z690 FORMULA – Professional Review

One of the distinguishing features of the Formula series is the VRM’s cooling system, since its two EK CrossChill III blocks are really integral chambers with Custom liquid cooling systems. On the surface we see that it is built by EK, although the mouths provided with aluminum plugs are compatible with other systems such as Corsair’s HydroX and 1/2 ”, 1/4” and 3/8 ”fittings. But the surface will not be the blocks as such, but a matte white aluminum cover with a smooth finish and a lighting area above the port cover.

GIGABYTE Z690 AERO G – Noticias3D

That is, the AERO G can be an optimal board for a gamer at any given time if you want a configuration with a single mid-range graphics card without reaching the flagship, or if you are not interested in overclocking, Gigabyte differentiates this model from others more ambitious in sections such as connectivity. Although we are not very clear if eliminating Thunderbolt 4 on this board is a consistent choice: many content creators benefit from advanced connectivity to use external devices such as monitors or storage units, for example.
