On this occasion we analyze the Asus TUF Gaming B660M-Plus D4 board , a feasible mid-range option for those who plan to upgrade their PC to the new Alder Lake CPUs , while maintaining DDR4 memories at a good price. Its 10+1 phase VRM will suffice for a 12900K, and it has dual M.2 PCIe 4.0 slots for high-end SSDs. We will not have Wi-Fi in this variant, although we will have dedicated video ports, 2.5G LAN and USB Gen2x2.
