ADATA FALCON 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD

ADATA released a new NVMe SSD, it should be a value product based on the new Realtek RTS5762DL controller that moved its data over 4 channels. The product is tagged to reach 3 GBs reads and 1.5 GB/s writes at a price of roughly 130 USD for the 1TB model. We check out if the product is worth it.

ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XII APEX

At around $420, the Apex is not a cheap motherboard. We’ve been conditioned to think that well over $500 for a motherboard is almost normal, however compared to some of the flagship boards, the Apex is quite the bargain. In fact it’s only a few dollars more than the lighter-spec Maximus XII Hero.

ASRock B550 Steel Legend

Meet the ASRock B550 Steel Legend motherboard. This series from ASRock is meant to give users great stability, a boatload of features, and an attractive design, all while keeping the price quite low. This is a 30.5 x 24.4 cm ATX factor product (there’s also an mATX version available) equipped with a B550 chipset, and it offers such features as 14-phase power design, 2.5-gigabit ethernet at about 180 USD.

Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 5700 XT 8G SE

Lexar NM700 M.2 NVMe SSD

Well Lexar is back with their new NM700, which offers faster speeds than the NM610 and they have slapped the “Professional” branding on it.  This drive is based on the Marvell 88SS1092 8-channel controller with 3D TLC NAND.  The 1TB version of the drive that we are taking a look at today offers sequential read and write speeds of 3500 MB/s and 2000 MB/s.

GIGABYTE B550 VISION D

Gigabyte puts a B550 motherboard on the market with the B550 Vision D, which is rather poaching in the nobler upper house with currently a good 260 euro and is partly almost twice as expensive as the cheapest X570 boards. While I still had stomach aches with the Gigabyte B550 Aorus Master to explain the price in a plausible way, the Gigabyte B550 Vision D is a little different.

ASRock Rack X570D4I-2T

Today we are looking at the ASRock Rack X570D4I-2T. This board is somewhat of an X570-based successor to the X470D4U and X470D4U2-2T that we previously covered, though the shift to a mini-ITX form factor throws a curveball into that comparison. Similar to the X470 boards before it, ASRock Rack is making a case for Ryzen as a server processor, boasting higher core counts than Intel’s low-end Xeon chips and the unofficial ECC memory support baked into the desktop Ryzen processors.
