With a price of at least 431 euros, the MSI MPG Z690 CARBON WIFI is not one of the cheap LGA1700 mainboards. On the plus side, however, there is a thoroughly lucrative equipment. And that doesn’t just mean the CPU socket and the four DDR5 UDIMM memory banks, but also two mechanical PCIe 5.0 x16 slots and one PCIe 3.0 x16 (electrical with max. PCIe 3.0 x4). And of course there is also plenty of space for some storage with five M.2 slots and six SATA 6GBit / s. There are also numerous USB interfaces, a LAN connection and a WLAN module.
