GIGABYTE Z590 AORUS MASTER – ThinkComputers

Z590 is exciting from a chipset standpoint and Intel boards are finally going to get some of the features AMD boards have had for a while now, the biggest being support for PCI-Express 4.0 from the CPU.  So if you have an 11th Gen CPU the PCIe and M.2 slots powered by the CPU will offer Gen4 connectivity.  You are also going to get USB 3.2 gen 2×2 from the chipset as well as native support for 3200 MHz DDR4 memory.  Our first Z590 motherboard we are taking a look at is the Gigabyte Z590 AORUS Master.  In the AORUS line Gigabyte is offering 9 Z590 boards with the AORUS Master sitting towards the top of the product stack.  It is going to offer a 19-phase VRM with 90A power stages, three M.2 slots, WiFi 6E, 10GbE LAN, and that sleek AORUS look with a full-cover aluminum backplate.

MSI MPG B560I GAMING EDGE – PC Gamer

A short stress test resulted in a VRM temperature reading of 73°C with a stock 11900K, which is the highest we’ve seen out of the 500-series motherboards we’ve tested to date. Though it still well within spec, If Adaptive Boost were to be enabled, the VRM would likely struggle. Having said all that, an 11900K paired with a B560 board is an unlikely combo and because it handled it with zero issue, it will handle more worldly 11th Gen processors with ease.

MSI MPG Z590 GAMING CARBON WIFI – Pokde

The contents of the MSI MPG Z590 Gaming Carbon WiFi’s packaging are really complete, with everything you would need for your build, including a little screwdriver. Unfortunately the screwdriver doesn’t work with the smaller M.2 screws, but I guess you should have your own precision tools set. I also really like that MSI replaced the typical driver CD with a thumb drive that looks very sweet too. Bonus points are given for the brush in the box as well, complete with two ends, one softer and one stiffer to dislodge more stubborn dirt during your maintenance later in the MSI MPG Z590 Gaming Carbon WiFi’s lifecycle.

GIGABYTE Z590 AORUS XTREME – GreenTech_Reviews

The motherboard is made on the basis of an 8-layer black PCB in the E-ATX format (30.5 x 27.1 cm), so it is not possible to install it in every “standard case”, taking into account the connectors going to the side (in particular, the 24-pin one). But this is not a problem, because the assembled system is unlikely to be compact – no one will save on the case anymore. This board, after all, belongs to the “maximum possible for enthusiasts” class, not under the table. The design is dominated by black and gray colors with mirrored elements.

ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XIII EXTREME GLACIAL – GreenTech_Reviews

ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Extreme Glacial is the flagship of the Maximus XIII series of motherboards, which differs from the “simple” Extreme version by the presence of a water block in the package. Yes, not a simple water block, but a monoblock – it removes heat not only from the processor, but also from its power subsystem, as well as the M.2 chipset drive. In addition, the boards differ in appearance and to some extent in the component base and placement of some elements.

MSI MPG Z590 GAMING CARBON WIFI – PurePC

MSI MPG Z590 Gaming Carbon WiFi thanks to the Intel Z590 chipset enables the use of the full potential of the LGA1200 platform with Intel Comet Lake / Rocket Lake processors, because traditionally only “Zetka” allows for free overclocking. The setting of higher RAM memory dividers has been unlocked for Intel B560 / H570 chipsets, but the experience so far shows that models based on weaker logic systems offer less possibilities here.
