I have posted my take on Intel’s top of the line DP55KG “Kingsberg” motherboard, as well as an overview of performance between the Core i5 750, Core i7 870 and their big brother LGA1366 counterpart, the 965 Extreme. If you’re in the market for a P55 board and processor, you’ll want to give this a good look. Given the discount these boards and processors are running at, this is an excellent option for anyone on a tighter budget than the X58 and LGA1366 would allow.
