Well, after a hectic month, we’re back in action today with Foxconn’s nForce4 Ultra offering, the Winfast NF4UK8AA-8EKRS. Foxconn has licensed the Winfast namesake from Leadtek for use with their AMD motherboard lines. When we looked at Foxconn’s first nForce4 offering, the simplistic but solid NF4K8MC-ERS, we found that it was a fairly lackluster board when it came to looks and BIOS options. That board was a simple, economical option for budget buyers looking for a no frills upgrade. Given that the NF4UK8AA-8EKRS features the nForce4 Ultra chipset, I expect to see some more advanced BIOS and overclocking options than were found on the NF4K8MC-ERS.
