..:: Introduction ::..

It’s been roughly one week since we took our first look at a motherboard manufacturer under the Foxconn name. At that time, we were not all that familiar with Foxconn’s own motherboards, so we entered the review with a clean slate to work with. We found that the board ran quite well in comparison to competing i915G/P motherboards, and offered okay voltage adjustments, and well as solid overall stability. The main downside was the lack of any real overclocking capability. It is well known that Intel implemented a form of overclocking lock into the i915G/P and i925X chipsets for 10%. Some manufacturers found a way around it, and others didn’t. One of those that didn’t was Foxconn. Today, we’re going to be taking a look at Foxconn’s DDR-I supporting i915G motherboard, the 915M07-G-8EKRS. Will this board be able to hold its own against the competition as well as the 915A03-P-8EKRS? Read on to find out!
